- IDENTIFICATION: Identify the main moral issue in the case “Loyalty or Duty”.
- RESEARCH: Find TWO articles relevant to the content covered in the case “Loyalty or Duty”, provide the citation for the two articles and summarize them separately. to the central ethical issue (content) covered in the Loyalty or Duty case, provide the citations/URLs and a detailed summary for each of the articles separately. The content of the case is on HIV. So, you could conduct your research on HIV and AIDS Information and Education, HIV Positive Patients and Partner Notification Responsibilities, Living with HIV, Protection and Prevention, among others. You can use Google and Google Scholar to search and find your articles. You can also go to an SPC Library on a campus close to you and they will show you how to use the library database to find articles. Newspaper and magazine articles are NOT accepted.
- ANALYSIS: Use “Loyalty or Duty” case to create an Analysis Chart, identify FOUR Options (to resolve the ethical issue) and FOUR Stakeholders (are the people and agencies identified in the case) as shown in the Table below. You can copy and use the Chart below.
