I have chosen a mixed-methods research methodology for my proposed dissertation topic; this strategy amalgamates quantitative and qualitative methods. The aim is to gain an all-encompassing understanding of the correlation between flexible work arrangements a popular employment trend in contemporary society and employee well-being: an essential aspect crucial to organizational success.
