The Public Health Service Act (Title IV, Part G, Section 491[a]), as amended, requires the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to issue regulations for the protection of human subjects of research and to implement a program of instruction and guidance in ethical issues associated with such research. The DHHS’s Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) is the organization responsible for issuing these regulations and policies on human research.

For your initial post, research two articles using human subjects in a qualitative or quantitative study. Describe and explain how the articles include the regulations and policies for protection from the OHRP and which specific protections are addressed in the articles.The initial discussion should be at least 250 words.
