Review your reflection page from your STAAR Assessment. Look for your area/TEKS of which you scored the lowest. Choose one area or TEKS and create a lesson plan using the 5E Model for teaching that topic. You may use one of the provided templates or another format, as long as the elements of the 5E model are present. To reach fully teach your TEKS at a level of deep understanding and complete the 5E process, you will probably need multiple days of instruction. I am not going to set a specific minimum of days, but 3-5 is most likely what you will need for this assignment.
