- Select any six of the Special Education Director Interview Questions Download Special Education Director Interview Questions you would ask the professional in the field.
- Review the corresponding six videos which include the answers to your chosen questions.
- Take notes during the interview videos, as though you were the interviewer asking the questions.
- Locate two scholarly sources related to the best practices of special education to support your analysis of the interview answers given.
Assignment Instructions
- Compose a brief introduction of the interview.
- The introduction should clearly outline the structure of the interview enabling the reader to easily follow the main focus of your discussion.
- The introduction should be one to two paragraphs.
- Summarize the answers given to the questions asked, including direct quotes where appropriate.
- Analyze the six interview responses you reviewed using your knowledge gained, the textbook, and at least two other resources to substantiate or refute their answers.
- You can elaborate for or against their responses to further strengthen your own understanding.
- Propose three ways you will use the knowledge gained from the interview to support the diverse needs of children placed in special education.
