A local travel agency, FastTravel, decided to expand its business by offering web-based services to its customer. The customer can select and purchase one or multiple travel tours from the list of tours that are offered by the agency. The tours have limited capacity and once they are filled, the customer should not be able to register for them. Also, the customers can modify the selections of their tour, or they can cancel/modify the dates of the tours that they have purchased before the system admin confirms and finalize the tour. The system admin can add, delete, modify and confirm travel tours. You, as the IT manager of the company, are responsible to design both systems (admin and customer). The CEO wants you to add some unique features into the system so that the final product can compete with other related online services. Think about two features that you can add to the system

Q1. Create a context level data flow diagram for both admin and customer systems.

Q2. Develop a detailed entity relationship model for both systems.

Q3. Create one use case diagram for customer system and another one for admin system. (Note that you should use different association like include, extend and generalization, also note that a few functionalities have not been listed here and you should still consider and add them to the use cases)

Q4. Create a class diagram for both systems.

Q5. Look into a maximum of two local travel agency systems and see if you can identify any unique features for them. Discuss your findings. Think about some unique features that you would like to add to the basic systems that have been requested by the business. Modify the use case diagrams to show this new characteristics or functionality of the system
