Great organizations across industries fight bureaucracy by implementing lean management strategies and explicitly structure their leadership systems to connect leaders and teams within the organization to the daily issues of front-line employees (Hamal and Zanini, 2017).

Utilizing Microsoft as the company, develop a 1000-word “Breakup with Bureaucracy Proposal,” which includes your recommended actions or strategies to address bureaucracy in your selected organization and improve organizational performance. Complete the following components in your proposal:
