Initial Posting: Create an overview of a patient with the diagnosis/disorder/disease process assigned to your group. Include related circumstances of the situation, the history of the patient’s health, or situation leading up to the diagnosis in the scenario. For the physical examination and assessment findings, please include 3 subjective and 3 objective findings you would expect to see, and the lab values you would anticipate finding for that diagnosis. Include any additional diagnostic testing that would need to be done, what it would look like if positive, and describe the treatment that would be indicated. Be sure to choose your disease/disorder within your group so there is no repetition of medical diagnosis. Be sure to communicate with each other what disease process you are doing within the group.
