Advanced Topics in Project Management

Please select a project of your choosing, and create a PowerPoint presentation that you, as a project manager/project team, would deliver to your stakeholders and your project sponsor.  

The presentation should include at minimum the following parts:

  1. Project background / project charter / summary
  2. Project scope
  3. Project budget 
  4. Project risks and risk management plan
  5. Project communication plan

If you do not have the exact quantitative details, you can research and make the realistic assumptions as you create your presentation.
