Annotate every 3-4 pages (not all pages needed)

  1. Reading Annotations:
    1. Create reading annotations. Develop your own style: highlight, add short comments, find connections etc.
    2. Produce short summaries (one paragraph) of each reading. Focus on:
      • the central arguments of the text
      • the theory of identity/self/personality the authors propagate or rely on.
      • connections to class discussions/previous readings
