Question 1 (40%): 700 900 words
Looking at the analysis and research work your team completed for the client, which were the critical pieces of data and analysis which drove the ultimate set of recommendations, and why? (Students should summarise and, where appropriate, critically evaluate the analysis and research they conducted during the project, identifying how they contributed to the success of project. They should be able to articulate how this analysis and research supported their final recommendations they presented to their clients, and why these were so important.  )

Question 2 (20%) 400 600 words
From the client’s perspective, what were the weaknesses in the recommendations?  (Students should provide an honest summary of where the clients identified weaknesses in their recommendations and why these were identified as weaknesses. Students should provide some rationale as to why these were perceived as weak, be it the way students presented these ideas, flaws in the recommendations themselves, or client considerations they did not previously take into account. If the client did not identify any weaknesses, the student should still reflect on where they could have improved their recommendations or interactions with the client. )

Question 3 (40%): 700 900 words
Explain how the team dynamics helped or hindered the project problem-solving process. What are your reflections on how to build a coherent team, and deliver a high standard of work, when working on this type of client-facing project? ( Students should draw on their experiences working on the project to provide insights on how their team and accompanying dynamics impacted their performance. Using these reflections, and additional research where appropriate, students should provide their insights on how to a) deliver a high-standard of work for a client and b) build a high-performing team that utilises all team members and their respective strengths.  )
