My prof comment: The point actually makes sense because you would be discussing product, price,place, promo, people, process, physical evidence, potential partnership (e.g. with a florist) and payment
they key is how you choose to communicate
to make it simple, digitally, via an APP, email, phone, etc. and why
e,g. wedding invitations might be part of promo, assuming you take on the role of a complete wedding planner….does it make sense?
