For Week 8, I assigned the two chapters of Koreas Place in the Sun by Bruce Cumings. I hope you follow the format as follows:
1) Please identify the main argument of the author.
2) Please explain what preexisting ideas the author argues against, and how the author supports his own argument.
3) Please add your own comments on the author’s position. (What is new for you in his accounts; why do you think you were exposed/ or not exposed to a certain knowledge previously?)
You can be free with adding your comments, but in this case again, you have to demonstrate that you read both chapters thoroughly, and provide the correct understanding of both chapters.
