Introduction
According to Bell and Leopold (2017), Asian Americans are overlooked in organizational diversity efforts and research and are viewed as not needing assistance and inclusion in efforts to ensure fairness (p. 203). In addition, Asian/Asian Americans have experienced increased discrimination, prejudice, stereotypes, racial microaggressions, and verbal and violent physical attacks in the United States over the past two years.
