If you wish, you can limit your review to cards used by service firms in the same industry. Your review should result in a management style report that includes discussion organized into the following headings: 1. Literature Review: Best Practices of Comment Card Design
2. Literature Review: Best Practices of Comment Card Administration (In this section you should focus on the process of collecting and using comment card data.)
3. Comment Card Design and Recommendations. This final section of your report (Section 3) must contain your own original designed card that could be used to solicit student comments on this course. In addition to providing a comment card that illustrates good practice, you should also provide step-by-step recommendations on how the comment card should be used to collect student feedback.
