Make sure to discuss and cite the 4 articles listed on the map.

Must answer each of the questions below within the summary 

  • What is each disciplines contribution to understanding the problem?  What are the strengths and limitations of each disciplinary approach to the problem? Be very specific and provide examples. Back up points with evidence from sources and citations. 
  • Identify and describe the variables the authors utilized and connect them to the disciplinary assumptions. Justify why an outcome or variable is sociology, or economics. The map (in attached files) will have many of these variables.
  • What has each discipline missed in terms of relevant concepts and issues?
