Logical Framework project plan – Part two – Using the  LogFrame template from Figure 5.4 in the Verzuh text, complete a Logical Framework project plan and develop a project charter for the mock project.

It is important to use the Four-Column Logical Framework Template for the Assignment:

The LogFrame’s first column summarizes project objectives and four distinct levels of objectives, defined as follows:Goal = big‐picture strategic intentPurpose = change or benefit expected from the projectOutcomes = project deliverablesInputs = tasks and resources needed to produce outcomes

The LogFrame’s three other columns state what you will measure, how you will measure it, and other factors.

Success Measures – what measures/data indicate success is achieved in Purpose, Outcomes, Inputs

Verification – sources of evidence/data to verify measures – reports, demonstrations, presentations

Assumptions – other factors necessary for success

The LogFrame template aligns the four columns to align the objectives with their measures, verification, and assumptions.

The expectation is that you will submit a final document that includes a coversheet completed, the completed LogFrame template, the Project Charter, and 2-3 pages describing the process you used in developing the LogFrame and using it to create a Project Charter and, finally, a reference page using APA Style.
