Using your WBS, create appropriate dependencies between your tasks. You may identify additional tasks that you didn’t initially think of or you may decide to move things around a bit.
Follow the instructions below:
Already I prepared WBS assignment and now Gantt chart needs to be done which involves
1.WBS Schedule Component Constraints (At least one constraint for reoccurring task with note) ;
2.WBS- Schedule Component Dependencies ( Different type of dependencies along with FS default (FF,SS,SF));
3.WBS- Schedule Component- Leads/Lags (Use of a minimum of three Leads or Lags) ;
4. WBS- Schedule Component Durations ( Include Durations for all tasks (except summary tasks) ;
5. WBS- Schedule Component -Relationships (All tasks are linked with predecessors and successors (First task has no predecessor; last task has no successor));
6. WBS- Schedule Component -Automatic Scheduling (No manual scheduled tasks)
Important Note: For reference I attached screenshot and MS project mpp document, to access mpp file someone should have “Grant Pro Account” so please someone respond who can access my MS project document and later don’t give any reasons such as “file is not opening” or “I cannot work on this”
