The paper must be written in MLA style, and all information presented in the paper must be linked to an in-text citations and a references.

The paper must be a minimum or 1200 words, not including the title page or the reference page.

Each student must submit an original paper, written in their own words; and you may not collaborate with other students on the paper.

YOU MAY NOT USE ANY QUOTES

You may not copy any text, pictures, graphs, figures, or artwork into your papers.

YOU MAY NOT USE ANONYMOUS INTERNET REFERENCES SOURCES.  You may only use internet sources that are linked to a credentialed individual (researcher, scholar, professor, or practitioner) organization/college/university, or a publication.

Students that commit plagiarism will receive a failing grade in the course and will be reported to the campus Dean of Students for further disciplinary action.

The paper MUST contain the following sections, and the sections must be labeled in Roman numerals as such:
             
I) Title Page
II) Introduction – a brief overview of what the paper will present/discuss.
III) A description of the disorder, in including the symptoms of the disorder, and the epidemiology and prevalence of the disorder.
IV) Causes of the disorder
V) Psychological and medical treatments (including drugs)
VI) Long term prognosis
VII) Reference page.

Once again, all information in the paper must be cited and references using MLA style. If you do not know how to write in MLA style, please make an appointment with the writing center to go over APA /MLA writing formats if you are unfamiliar with it.  The paper must be printed, stapled, and submitted in class on or before the due date.  The paper must also be submitted as an MS-Word file (*.doc or *.docx) to the Term paper Dropbox in BlackBoard.  Late papers will not be accepted.
