Week 4 Essays
Your responses to the following essay questions are due this week. These responses should demonstrate an informed opinion based on a good understanding of the required reading and other resource material provided. Be sure to answer each question carefully and thoroughly. Essays are to be double-spaced and 250-300 words in length. Submit all essays in one document.
Essay #1 – Summarize the main theological issues addressed in the book of Hebrews. Provide examples of how this theological content is relevant to your life or the life of the Church.
Essay #2 – Describe the relationship of faith and works as found in the Epistle of James. How does this message challenge or convict you?
Essay #3 – What is Peter’s message regarding suffering in his epistles? How does this challenge certain values associated with an “American lifestyle”? How does it challenge you?
Essay #4 – Is there value in discussing the book of Revelation with a non-believer? If so, how would you go about doing it? If not, why not?
