You may want to pay attention to structure of Adams talk (opening, body, closing); his body language (posture, stance, facial expressions, gestures, eye contact); voice (articulation, modulation, pitch); any other special techniques used to convey his point (stories, examples, etc.) the visual aids (slides/ images used).
