2. I like your thoughts on the need for strategic plans to be communicated to the workforce. Communication is a critical part of any company’s success or failure when it comes to strategic planning. After all, how can a company expect to carry out a successful plan without everyone involved understanding what needs to be done and why? The question is, how should a company go about this communication? How can they be sure that everyone has understood that communication and know what needs to be done and what their role is?
