INSTRUCTIONS:
One employee practice that you are likely to encounter will be discipline.  Given the facts outlined in class, please prepare a memo to file documenting your findings, your solutions, AND the next steps.

The scenario: 

You have an employee that has been late on several days over the past two weeks.  The employee has been late on 4/1 by 10 minutes, 4/5 by 20 minutes, 4/10 by 24 minutes, and 4/12 by 23 minutes.  The employee filed a discrimination complaint three months ago alleging discrimination based on race for a promotional opportunity.  You review the employees performance records and find that the employee has received average ratings.  The employee has been late in the past and exhausts sick leave every year.
