Overview:

This week’s assignment is to create a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project

you selected during Unit 2. This is part of your Course Project.

 

Instructions:

 

Create a high-level WBS comprised of at least three levels:

• Each level should have with a minimum of five level 1 tasks, with two level 2

tasks, and three (3) Level 3 tasks.

• Describe each task (work package) in your WBS with just enough information so

that everyone in the team can understand what each work package means.

• Level Numbering:

o Your first level of tasks should be numbered 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0.

o Your second level of tasks should be numbered 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, etc.,

o The third level of tasks should be numbered 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.2.1,

1.2.2. 1.2.3 etc.
