Most importantly, you should carefully read the Case. Then you should draft the Background( you may need to search a brief background online), Issue, and Alternatives sections, referencing the Case Report Writing Guidelines, which willl give you the case format. Please use the exact same format. you will need to create alternative from your own opinion and follow the guideline.
