Testing the concentration of the active ingredient( Drano Liquid, pool shock ) a household cleaning product across different brands

Student outcome  In this experiment we’re trying to find the concentration of the active ingredient for a households with sodium hypochlorite. The experiment carried out is a titration by using a known solution of hydrochloric acid.  The equation we need to use is the CaVa=CbVb, where the C are the concentrations of the acid and base respectively, and the V are the volumes of them using in thetritation.  In this experiment we have to solve for Cb, so we need to take a defined volume of sodium hypochlorite solution and add a known solution drop by drop of HCl, for example 1.00M and record how much volume of this was used in the tritation.
