Students will analyse a case study concerning a change management situation. They will demonstrate how this analysis informed their knowledge and understanding of issues such as: leadership styles, complex communications, risk management and organisational systems. In doing so, they will critically evaluate an aspect of change and leadership theory and demonstrate how this is played out in practice.
