Students will analyse a case study concerning a change management situation. They will demonstrate how this analysis informed their knowledge and understanding of issues such as: leadership styles, complex communications, risk management and organisational systems. In doing so, they will critically evaluate an aspect of change and leadership theory and demonstrate how this is played out in practice.

Students will reflect on two relevant theories and models and in doing so, demonstrate how they have applied relevant techniques of enquiry in identifying how these models and theories impact and influence group dynamics and interactions in their professional context.
