The Question:
Should we amend the Constitution to allow Congress or the states to pass laws protecting the U.S. flag from desecration? What about other symbols? Discuss. Regarding the 4th Amendment, discuss one benefit of the exclusionary rule and one drawback. Do you think we should keep the exclusionary rule?
