Choose two management theories from the list provided in the attached file; One that is the most interesting to you and another theory that is the most confusing (they have to be different theories). Write a 5–7-page paper that is divided into the two sections below (most interesting theory and most confusing theory) and answer the questions provided for each section.
This paper should be 5-7 pages long, double-spaced, with a font size of 12. No Plagiarism! List all sources in a work cited page.
Section I: The Most Interesting Theory
· Define the theory in your own words
· Discuss the specific aspects of the theory that are interesting and explain how/why these aspects are interesting
· Explain how this theory can be seen in the real world today (provide specific examples; they can be personal experiences or fictional scenarios)
· How can this theory change the way people view the world (can include their own reflection and the way this theory has shifted/changed their worldview)
Section II: The Most Confusing Theory
· Define the theory in your own words
· Explain the specific aspects of the theory that are confusing and explain how/why these aspects are confusing (ex: is it too abstract, is too nuanced, is it difficult to think of a real word example, is it too broad, etc.)?
· Provide some research that you did to clarify and understand the theory (examples/definitions from the reading, the slides, or the internet).
· If someone was learning this theory, how would you describe this theory in a way that makes it more clear? (in other words, how would you incorporate your new understanding when breaking this down; this bullet point requires the student to re-define the theory and describe their new understanding.)
