HPI:   Hispanic female patient 50 YO comes to consult because 15 days ago has the onset of nasal congestion and a dry cough that has progressively worsened, but since yesterday she has a sore throat and 100.4 F fever that began last night. She notes that her nasal discharge is yellowish and this morning had a cough with tan sputum.

          Use only bullets on the slides and expand the information in speaker notes.

HPI: Hispanic female patient 48 YO with Schizophrenia diagnosis states that feels worse since the last visit six months ago. She states that she has been on edge lately with his anxiety but has noticed when he takes a whole tablet of Klonopin that he functions better, but affirm that she stoped her medication due she feels better, so she takes it occasionally. Also, she stated maybe, have stoped her medicine could be linked with the A/V hallucinations.

Current medication:  Klonopin 1mg per day
