Part 1: Sickle Cells Disease

You should develop the slides taking into account the patient’s data and possible findings, intervention, examinations, results, and intervention for the patient. Be specific

HPI:   Hispanic patient DD is 56 YO male; the chief complaint patient is he experiences severe chest pains periodic and swelling of his hands and feet; this makes the fingers and toes very painful. He reports that the last night he felt difficulty breathing. He noted that his skin was ashen and dry now for a month ago.

The patient reports that she has been experiencing sores in her feet while take long to heal, toenails taking long to grow, and always short.
