Your training session may consist of various handouts and materials. Organize them in a clear and logical way. Create a training session that makes sense for the context of the organization and intended learners. This does not need to be a massive training; it may only be a short training on a specific skill. It should clearly teach learners so they can meet the objectives.
Video Presentation: (Please provide talking points, the client will make the video by himself)
Conduct your 8-12-minute virtual training session through ZOOM, or another video conferencing software, with some actual learners in the organization or a group of your friends so you can report on the experience in the next Topic. Your training session recording should be 8-12 minutes in length total and should contain the following:
A PowerPoint or other presentation tool that organizes the session structure and flow.
An appropriate introduction with a hook that gains the learners attention and states the objectives of the session. (You should update objectives as needed per faculty feedback on the Topic 3 assignment.)
Quality and appropriate learning content that is aligned to the objective(s). Learning content may consist of, videos, audio, multimedia presentations or activities, readings, lecture, examples, participant activities etc.
Use an assessment instrument to assess how well the learners met the objectives.
Your session should use at least two images, videos, graphics, or interactive media elements that support the instruction or assessments in your session.
Use active training activities and approaches to encourage learning not simply exposure to information.
Design your training to limit resistance from learners and use strategies to keep learner focused and on task.
You will also be graded on your presence and presentation skills.
Submit a link to your training session recording to the instructor. If you post it to Youtube or another video hosting service to obtain a link, make sure the video is Unlisted so only those with the link can view it.
