Comparison of two articles dealing with International Criminal Court

Different Israeli media outlets have different editorial lines (i.e. ideological perspective).

Below are two news stories both covering the decision of the International Criminal Court at the Hague to being legal proceedings against both Israel and Hamas for war crimes. The first article is from Israel HaYom and the second is from Haaretz. Each article is basically reporting on the same event, but has framed the issue differently, emphasizing different issues.

Present a brief background to the issue (approximately half a page).
Making reference to specific quotations from each article, compare how each article frames the issue differently. How does each newspaper relate to international institutions? How does the article illustrate the editorial line of the newspaper?
Compare the various sources being quoted in each article. What do differences in whom is granted a voice say about the editorial line of the newspaper?
