Contextual Factors of Leadership

There are many contextual factors that impact how you lead in a given situation. Two contextual factors we have discussed in this unit are followership and the team environment. For example, leading may change depending on the commitment or character or maturity level of followers, and leading in a virtual environment may be different than leading a face-to-face team.
