You work for large corporation in marketing. You love your team, and, well, your company, like all companies has its good point and bad points.
There is a recent controversy. Someone just was “outed” for an alleged Facebook post where the employee was dressed in Nazi regalia back in his days at the University of Minnesota where he was active in his fraternity. A lot of people are demanding that he be fired and they want you to sign a petition. The person has worked in your department about a year. You don’t him that well, but never did seem particularly friendly. What do you do? Why? What should the company do?
