Create a 10-15 slide digital presentation for teacher candidates that addresses factors that affect language acquisition among particular English language learners.
Your presentation should include the following:
- A description of the characteristics and learning needs of LTELs, RAELs, and SIFEs
- An explanation of the cultural, sociocultural, psychological, or political factors that affect the language acquisition of LTELs, RAELs, and SIFEs
- A discussion of factors that affect the language acquisition of refugee, migrant, immigrant and Native American ELLs and how each of these populations may relate to LTELs, RAEL, or SIFEs
Include presenters notes, a title slide, and a reference slide.
