- Identify the sources of your information and critique their reliability.
- Discuss your findings and respond to the following questions:
- Who is at risk? Are some persons or groups affected more than others?
- What are the most likely adverse outcomes?
- What solutions are being offered? Are they likely to be effective from the perspective of nursing in the community?
- What primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention interventions or programs would you propose?
- What implications does the issue/problem have for community/public health nurses?
- How do your nursing education and your understanding of epidemiology equip you to address this problem?
