Data Forecasting

I need help with Excel Data Forecasting. 

I need to forecast the months for the location areas listed in yellow using the 2019, 2020, and 2021 historical data, which is attached. Using the census location to project 2022 for each month listed in yellow. 

I tried to do a small forecasting in excel, but only have a little experience with Excel
