DB: Decision-maker Factors and Traits
We often hear that someone made a “good” or “bad” decision in a crisis.
- Identify a decision made in a past crisis incident (e.g., natural disaster, criminal event, active shooter incident, public health crisis) and discuss at least one factor that made it a “good” or a “bad” decision.
- Identify at least one trait of a good decision-maker and explain why you believe this trait is important to making good decisions consistently.
