Actors methodology takes the perspective of the actor and strives to see problems from the actors perspective. The perception of the actor establishes the framework of the researcher; a key tenant of actors methodology is that truth is relative to the actor. Different actors can have a different truth from the same set of facts or situations. Implicit in the actor’s view is that truth is relative.
