Develop a TRAINING

 

Now that you have developed a plan to implement your strategy, you need to train the organization on the changes. In your presentation, be sure to include the following:

  1. Discuss the necessity/importance of the changes.
  2. Outline the changes.
  3. Provide a timeline.
  4. Identify specific jobs/roles that will be impacted.
  5. Outline changes in procedure.
  6. Discuss the proposed effects of implementation.
