Develop a Training Evaluation Plan (PowerPoint)
This task will provide the student with an opportunity to research, analyze and develop a training evaluation plan for a workplace training initiative.
Given Kirkpatricks four levels of training evaluation and the students task list, the student will develop a training evaluation plan for a workplace training initiative so that each level is clearly articulated in the plan. (See Table 6.1) Specifically, the student will deliver a business professional presentation that includes a plan for each level of evaluation. These levels are reaction, learning, behavior, and results. Special attention will be paid to the metrics for each level and how these metrics will be evaluated. Use the textbook as a guide plus use the internet to research methods and examples. The four levels plan will be presented to Executive Management in a business professional format using PowerPoint. Your plan details will be in bullet format (several per slide) and include graphs and charts as needed. Include your list of ten tasks as if they were a training course you are proposing and you are presenting your evaluation plan for this set of tasks.
