This could be where you work, or it could be the communication you receive on a regular basis from a company of which you are a customer. What does that communication look like? What forms of digital communication are used? How often? Is this the most effective means of communication given the audience? Why or why not? Can you defend the idea of reducing the methods of communication? Should they increase the methods of communication?
