Lack of preparation in dealing with personal and organizational success challenges has led several individuals to unethical behavior. Whether an overnight movie star, a CEO, or a politician; there are many examples of individuals that needed more support to handle all the temptations and dangers of their success. Can you think of an individual whose success came to an end after their proven unethical behavior? Do you believe that an ethics training course can prepare individuals for success and its trappings? What other factors are important for success to be applauded and the individual to remain “unharmed”?
