Based upon what we learned from this weeks required learning activities:

  • Identify two types of e-commerce and describe how they have changed consumer-to-business and business-to-business transactions.
  • How might either of these types be applied to a public sector entity?
  • Consider whether customer relationship management applications may be effectively applied in a public sector environment and explain some of the potential advantages and disadvantages.
