Course：Global Human Resource Management
The finish line of the course is right around the corner (they told me that every time I ran a marathon!), and it is your turn again to reflect on your learnings and provide creative and critical thinking from Week 5 through Week 7. Remember you did this for Week 1 through 4.
The content is in the attachment (instructions and reference materials)
The process will be as follows (please number 1, 2 & 3 so it is clear).
Initial Posting:
1. Using your critical and creative thinking skills provide an in-depth reflection and summary (in detail, but not too long as this is about quality, rather than quantity) of three of the most important ‘take-aways’, or learnings, that have occurred from Week 5through Week 7 of the course. You can use the discussions, PowerPoint presentations, readings, or videos, but no outside research is required and should be avoided as this is a reflection (looking back) based on what you have already encountered). Your reflection should be in ‘your own words’ of what you feel are the three most important aspects of the course and why. You should of course cite where necessary, but points will be deducted for excessive citations.
2. From your own presentations from Week 5 through 7, what have you learned about yourself with regards to your presentation skills, how you have worked to improve, and what you feel is important to carry forward in this regard in the future. Please be specific. Remember “soft skills’ (being able to articulate, present information and facilitate a discussion is also a priority in your academic journey)
