I dont i have heard of reflective practice.But now i read abut it relive that been practicing it in my work. Have you had a lesson or taken a course on reflective practice?I didnt took any class that is related to reflective practice. Have you used reflective practice at any time in your nursing academics or career?Yes i been practicing the reflective practice in my career. I been practicing it even if i didnt know the exact word for it. I did pratice it in my nursing academic too. What would you rate your knowledge on a range of no exposure to totally competent?If i was reating my knowlage abut reflective practice before this i would have said no exposure.

How is reflective practice related to emotional intelligence? How would you define emotional intelligence? How does an individuals emotional intelligence relate to their role within an interprofessional team?
