Dropbox for Six Domains PowerPoint

Carbaugh, B.G., & Marzano, R.J. (2018). School leadership for results: A focused model (Second Edition). Learning Sciences International.

Here, students will take the information you gathered in the individual Domains 1-6 assignments and create a PowerPoint to show the knowledge gained in learning about the Six Domains Project.

Your project should have no more than 8-9 slides, a title slide, and one slide per domain, with the 8-9th slide as a reference page.

Each slide should NOT retell each domain and the elements but answer the original questions you answered in Domains 1 and 2, Domains 3 and 4, and Domains 5 and 6. In other words, the information shared from each domain should be the basic knowledge you gleaned and wish to implement as a future administrator.  You are creating this as if you are presenting this information to a future employer, such as a superintendent or school board as part of a job interview.  Remember, a group such as this cannot read a 10-point font sitting at a table.

You should have information along with graphics.  Make the presentation colorful and attractive.

Domain 1:

What would an administrator do to make sure you are leading and making decisions based upon your school’s data to improve student achievement.

Domain 2:

How would an administrator ensure that each student is receiving a viable and guaranteed curriculum?

Domain 3

How would an administrator foster a culture of continuous improvement for teachers and staff?

Domain 4

How would an administrator build a culture of care and collaboration that would impact student success?

Domain 5

What would an administrator do to communicate your core values and create a climate that clearly states what you value?

Domain 6

How would an administrator ensure that you manage resources to focus on effective instruction and the achievement of all students?
