Option #1: Literature Review
First, pick a subject area. Potential topics include ethics, innovation, change management, organization behavior, e-business and technology, collaboration, diversity, operations management, for example. Then narrow the topic to one that interest you such as, religious freedom in the workplace, diversity and inclusion of transgender people in the workforce, business ethics and fair-trade products, gender pay inequality, and so on.
Write a literature review on 10 scholarly articles that address the topic area. Be careful to not use excessive quotes from your literature; you are encouraged to paraphrase more and cite your paraphrases accordingly.
Your paper should be 4 pages in length and conform to APA
Include at least 10 scholarly references.
