create a metaphor for your class or one of your class periods. You might think of your class as being a garden, or an orchestra or band, or the ocean, or outer space, etc. In your metaphorical classroom what form do your students take? What objects or elements or beings exist here and how are their characteristics representative of your students? You must have a minimum of five distinct elements, and one must be the teacher (elements = the teacher, the students or types of students, and anything else that influences your learning environment) but you can have as many as you like
